RCS Launching a new curriculum which will help them to be professional

In partnership with Kenyatta university RCS launch a new curriculum which have a faculty of security, on this Saturday 14 December 2019 at Rwamagana Training School they launch together a new curriculum which will help RCS staff to be professional.

In partnership with Kenyatta university RCS launch a new curriculum which have a faculty of security, on this Saturday 14 December 2019  at Rwamagana Training School they launch together a new curriculum which will help RCS staff  to be professional.

In this curriculum include different lessons according to different categories of staff in order to give them training about their daily  job, to perform it professional.

One of the  trainee who end this training Antoinette Kayitesi a staff of Rwamagana Training School is one who get a certificate of good performance, she rejoice about the knowledge she acquire from it and wish everyone to attend. 

She said :”I gain more in this training, we were working by using your own sense but now this training provide us many to perform well our duties as it is.”

Another trainee CIP Tonny Valens Mutuyimana say more about this training

He said that :”am a trainer at this training, surely the method we use is too difficult because we do not have a standard curriculum but now it is good for us according to this new one which include lesson related to how RCS staff on how he can do his job professional.”    

A representative of Kenyatta University, a dean of Faculty of security Dr Ruth  Maina said that this curriculum will help RCS staff to be professional at a good  standard.

She said  :”this training dispatch into different  categories, include recruit prepared to enter job,  non-commissioner officer ,junior officer and senior officer am assuring you that ,when you follow this curriculum well you will become exemplary in this region.”

Commissioner General of Rwanda Correctional service CGP George Rwigamaba say the importance of this training.

He said :”this training school started in 2010,that time we have a small  capacity, but  slow by slow we build different building which deliver different lessons which  help RCS staff in their jobs. Kenyatta university is one get the market  to  prepare this curriculum because it has a faculty of security and we hope to be exemplary in this region and abroad.” 

The  training performed by different categories of RCS staff in order to improve the job in professional way and it pretend to pass for every staff.
