CG Evariste Murenzi Signs an MoU to host the 27th ICPA AGM Annual General Meeting And Conference To Be Held In Rwanda In October 2025, with the ICPA President Peter Severin alongside the ongoing conferences on technology in corrections and innovation in prison infrastructure held in Istanbul, Turkey from 22-26 April 2024
