Retirement does not remove you from the wider family of the Rwanda Correctional Service. You will continue to be members of this family and continue to contribute whenever necessary. It is in this context that you also see those who retired before you. I also thank in a special way your families who were able to endure while you were working far away for their role in enabling you to complete your responsibilities. I ask you to be exemplary citizens wherever you go, just as you did your job well and were discharged with honor.”
