RCS in advance to respect human right

Past years Rwanda correctional service RCS, was one of the  institutions  raised by some people that it was  not respecting according to the capacity of that institution.

Those which were said by different people about the right which is not respected by this institution, were the way inmates shelter which were old not march with our vision and the way they transported toward different directions

The apparent change in respecting human right, include vision house like  flat building, special safe cars to carry inmates in different  activities like to go in court, hospitals and when they they shifted places to other prison for some reasons.

About the law no inmates who do not get legal aid and someone who do not have ability government help him/her to get a lawyer to help him in court, in order to respect human right by avoiding unfairness.

In welfare ,someone in prisons he gain food ,clothes, hygienic materials, where to sleep and relaxing place including church services place and the place where they can do their activities of handcrafts.

In correction, all prisons set the program of delivering knowledge for those who have willingness where from every prison has an Education officer to conduct a follow up of that program, that was set to in order to avoid such kind of ignorance by having brilliant citizen. Furthermore at the prisons where children live together with their parents, the way those children treated are special. then Nyagatare juvenile prison where children commit with crime kept have a special case, like taking different course related to vocational trainings and other sit for national examination for different levels.

In health , everyone has medical insurance in order to get health care facilities when he/she got sick and when it is a special case of sickness he/she sent to the advanced hospital to get a special treatment.

Rwanda , is one of the country advancing in protecting human right ,reason why she do not want to exclude any corner to respect it.
