The guest of honor was the Minister of Justice, Human Rights Promotion, Good Governance and Attorney General of the Central African Republic, Hon. Arnaud Djoubaye Abazène, medals were awarded to 54 GPPs from eight countries, namely: Burkina Faso, Cameroun, Madagascar, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Sweden and Togo.
