Rwanda Correctional Service and Namibia Correctional Service Sign MoU

Today February 6, 2025, The Rwanda Correctional Service (RCS) and the Namibian Correctional Service (NCS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding in various field of correction, which will last for five years.
