{"id":5968,"date":"2020-03-06T14:25:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-06T14:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.rcs.gov.rw\/?p=5968"},"modified":"2022-04-27T14:27:53","modified_gmt":"2022-04-27T14:27:53","slug":"in-closing-of-5-days-training-dcgp-urges-rcs-officials-to-change-their-working-behavior-in-public-procurement-process","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rcs.gov.rw\/?p=5968&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"In closing of 5-days training, DCGP urges RCS officials to change their working behavior in public procurement process"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The training was delivered by Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA) at Rwanda correctional service (RCS) Headquarters to RCS officials in order to prevent loopholes and fraud in public&nbsp; procurement process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RCS officials, who meet with public procurement process in their daily duties, attended the training for sharpening their knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The representative of RPPA, Mr. Arsene NSABE, appreciated RCS Officials for being zealous in public procurement training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cin the beginning of this training, there was a level of knowledge on public procurement process you had. Today, your level of knowledge was increased through this significant training. We are requesting you to use that knowledge in your everyday duties regarding public procurement process.\u201d Arsene said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>he&nbsp;&nbsp;told all RCS Officials not to hesitate to contact RPPA whenever assistant needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DCGP Jeanne Chantal UJENEZA showed courtesy to RPPA and all attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cI am expressing my gratitude to RPPA for delivering this meaningful training on our staffs. We shall be more thankful if your working behavior in public procurement changed in a positive way.
