Rwanda Correctional Services (RCS) has shot dead Jotham Nsengiyumva, a terror convict while attempting to escape the International Nyanza prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nsengiyumva who hails from Musanze District, Cyuve sector was serving a life sentence after he was found guilty of terror related climes including treason and forming armed groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was also found guilty of working with the Democratic Forces of Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) based in the D R Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRCS regrets to inform the public about the death of Nsegiyumva Jotham who was a convict at the Nyanza prison. He was shot dead on Sunday 28th January trying to escape the prison.
