RCS Stakeholders

RCS mission is complex and needs to bring together many actors. These include Government institutions, local and international, non-governmental organizations, civil society organizations, Development Partners (donors), and others.  Identified RCS stakeholders and agreed on the need to clarify the criteria for membership of RCS and the roles and responsibilities entrusted to each stakeholder.
